OK, I have been taking this for at least ten months now, and I notice no effect. The doctor said if it doesn't make a great difference, I should try another brand.

My doctor prescribed this, but I stopped because I didn't see much of a difference. He told me that it's one of those things where it works in the long term, and that I should take it for a while longer, so I am back here now to get more. I take it along with numerous other supplements which have a more notable immediate effect.
