Good quality material, firm and durable. Extra great as it has a removable cover to wash.
It allows you to sit in a comfortable position for a much longer period of time, which is great for meditators.
It also makes it easier to get into a lotus position as compared to just the floor.

I have used it almost every single day since it arrived and it feels like you're floating in the air while in full lotus. It's easier to focus and clear your mind without the constant reminder of a hard floor eating into your bottom. Making this super fun: get completely onto the cushion in full lotus so you're off the floor, then close your eyes. While meditating you're on solid ground, being lifted up like this makes it more of a challenge and helps to bring focus to your balance when your thoughts start to float in different directions
