I always prefer anything made from glass when it comes to food contact surfaces as it's clean and completely inert. This one is a nice width, not too wide as some of them can be. I've broken a few glass straws, but always end up buying another one. My tip would be to clean it straight after using and put it away immediately.

Really great straw. Better than the bent one. Good for juice, shakes and smoothie.

Loved it. My boyfriend sadly dropped it the day I got it! That's the downside about glass straws...

Great product for getting you daily ACV without destroying your tooth enamel.

Apart from the environment saving this straw allows us to embrace, this straw is absolutely beautiful and made so well! I love it!

Before purchasing 2 of these straws I went and did my research and I realised this exact straw was the best all-around straw alternative to plastic and here's why:
1) Steel straws are great in the fact that they are basically indestructible. BUT you can really ever be sure that you have cleaned your straw properly as you can't see?
2) Bamboo- & other natural fibre straws are truly beautiful (as beautiful as a straw can get), but you have the same issue as with the steel straw about the cleanliness, and some of them can break (fairly easily), and most of them you can only use a 3/4 times before replacing it.

Based on this the glass straw is best for me:
1) I can clean it with confidence.
2) I can reuse it as many times as I want.
3) It's prettier, in the long run than the other straws.

The only drawback is that YES you can break your precious glass straw, but you'd either have to drop it on the floor, throw it, or put a substantial amount of weight on it for it to break. Last time I checked I never did that with any of my past plastic straws?

I love, love, love this brands' straw (this exact one) as it's the perfect size (not too big/ too small) so it works for literally everything from cold drinks to (small) chunky smoothies!
Maybe get a different brand's larger version if you are one of those who leaves whole blueberries in your smoothie and sucks them up through your straw! ;)

Did I mention that this one is of very good quality (the glass isn't too thin, or too thick for that matter)?
ALSO! It's much cheaper than other glass straws (what's up with them being so expensive!?)

The glass straw is fantastic! Very sturdy material, very well made.
Glad I can do my part in eliminating plastic straws from the environment. Great site with great products, thank you!
