Raw resin is tree gum and look quite different than this product. The only way that I have managed to do this is by freezing the 'tears' (which is what the pieces of frankincense are called) and then grinding them in a coffee grinder to reduce them to a relatively light powder form. A waste of money01/09/2017, By FriedelAlthough the price is very reasonable for the amount of resin you receive, I found the smell very offputting and artificial when lit - burning rubber came to mind.
