I am aware that with natural products the viscosity can be inconsistent and this does not bother me. As long as the quality of the product remains within the expected limits, it is acceptable. Factors such as temperature, humidity, light and air all impact on natural products because of the absence of toxic stabilisers. Unfortunately as highlighted we had 1 bad batch of ingredient (Bacillus Spore ingredient in 1 drum were not viable) - from keeping an eye on the stock levels at Faithful to Nature there should be no more issues going forward.
To clear up the question around watery or thick concentrate - the product is a liquid - so the viscosity is not thick - it is a very watery but powerful product. Most products that are thicker are only thicker due to a thickening agent being added such as guar gum for the eco gels.
So "watery" does not equal bad. The product is a truly effective all round product that has many uses and is ideal for any home using a Grey Water system. G WIZZ can be used to dose a septic tank and keep it healthy, clean the dirtiest of kitchens - removing heavy grease all the way through to streak free windows.
It is a great pity that 1 batch had a bad ingredient or else the reviews would no doubt have remained 5 stars all the way through on efficacy.

Mine is also like water and I won't say I am very fond of it and wont be purchasing this again. Needs to rinse dishes, but it's a small price to pay for the chemicals now not going in the garden.
Using it on greasy stains in clothing and to degrease ovens or even let it mellow in the toilet before a good clean. Magic enzymes.
