Good value for money

Useful for neck pain, but not as great as a massage. Useful for a few minutes before bed when you need to relax or while watching TV. I am happy with my purchase and has helped relieve my neck pain and stiffness to some degree.

The spikes are rather uncomfortable when pressed near the neck area.. I guess it takes some getting used to...
