I have a 9kg machine and I had to use about 1.5 tablespoons for clothes: Slightly stiff but passable. For towels I use about 2 tablespoons or more and the towels are still very stiff. I don’t want to use more than that for the towels because that would make it completely uneconomical. I use a tablespoon and a half in my big 13kg washing machine together with my bio-washballs. For heavily soiled clothes I add the Enchantrix I wash laundry and for stains I use the spoil yourself stain stick. My winning combo!
