Thank you Gillian, fantastic service.07/05/2019, By AlanVery, very disappointed, don't be fooled by the picture. The lid is 1cm high, the hole in the lid is 16.2mm. The plastic Bung is only 15,2mm. You will never get an airlock. The staff are friendly but will not pay the cost of this product. Have insisted on a full refund, including postage.28/11/2018, By ingsUtter waste of money! This is a very cheaply made contraption, and the real product does not even feature the fairly decent consol jar shown in the picture - but rather a cheap and nasty jar with a very shallow mouth thread and cheap piece of rubber tubing and we still got mold. Such a pity as was really looking forward to using this item.29/10/2018, By ChanelJust finished my first batch of Saurkraut, i punched a hole into the top of a bigger jar because i had a lot of cabbage to ferment and it worked like a charm! I wish the Jar was bigger and i wish the contraption on top was made of glass, otherwise great product...10/10/2016, By JemThis product was a waste of money. There were still jaggered bits of the lid where they cut the hole..(the lid that says use once only.) I thought Id just try to make it work instead of asking about returning it, but I still got mould in my cabbage :( I feel this product is a rip off. I saw how to make this online before I bought this one but I didn realise it was the same thing.
