These mesh sheets make cleaning-up easier - I use them on my trays, and if the food sticks, then it tends to stick only to the mesh sheet, not the tray. The mesh sheet is easier to wash as it is flexible, so fits easily into the sink!
Easy to use and in use all the time.

I use these mesh sheets almost all the time. I dehydrate lots of grains, nuts and seeds and many of those will just fall through without the mesh. Even small pieces of fruit sometimes find their way through the trays but gets stopped by these. Easy to clean.
