Solid Sheets for the Ezidri Snackmaker are made with a non stick material used for drying any wet materials and as a catching tray for marinated produce and meat that can drip.

Works as intended, however there's nothing wrong with stocking up.
Good but superfluous

I have bought 2 of those sheets for my dehydrator and although they work well I came to find them totally superfluous. Because I usually need more than the 2 sheets I have, I have started using sheets of baking paper that I cut to size and they work perfectly, actually even better (I make liver biltong for my dogs for example), because they allow for better drying than the plastic sheets from the bottom while keeping the moisture from dripping through.
So think before you buy and try baking paper first!
