By far the most easy breeziest period I’ve ever had, I had no cramps, my mood swings are usually crazy around this time but this month was so much better (my boyfriend also pointed out that I was a lot calmer this month) and my flow wasn’t as heavy — my period was also shorter!

Sometimes for abnormally long times and sometimes just for a day or so. I was on different brands of "the pill" (not all at once) and eventually I stopped menstruating at all. I have facial and body hair that should not be there, thanks to higher than normal testosterone, apparently, I'm not going to start on the moods. I can't afford the fancy stuff the doctor prescribed (made me sick anyway) and I was desperately searching for alternatives when I found this. Within the first month after taking this, my period returned after being non existent for close to 4 months and it was normal (I still had a bit of pain and heavy flow. But it fit the description of what most people normally experience). I have noticed that the facial and body hair appear to be finer and definitely not as dense as it used to be. My moods improved. I'm more relaxed and I'm starting to return to my old joking, happy self. MAN DID THIS PRODUCT PROVE ME WRONG! I used it 2 weeks before my period, when my period eventualy came it was a walk in the park. Not painful as usual just a tiny TINY cramp and that was it. If I did feel a cramp I just doubled my dose and that was it! This product DOES help with period pains but you obviously have to be consistent with it before your period and every womens body is different.
Will see if it regulates my period as Im only purchasing my second bottle. Really good price.

I used to get my period once every three months if at all but now Its always on time and my skin has cleared up from all the acne caused by hormonal imbalances.
