The coffee taste is so-so but because of its effects, it has become part of my nightly routine.06/05/2019, By MoniqueReceived a sample - it tastes similar to normal coffee, i like that it's decaf because i prefer decaf, however i can't say it did anything for my sleep. I track my sleep patterns with a fitbit and although i don't have a problem with falling asleep or getting enough hours of sleep, i do find i consistently get too little deep sleep, and this coffee didn't help for that.07/02/2019, By SarahIt tastes nice, slightly different to normal coffee but only ever so slightly. I love my coffee. I feel very sleepy about an hour after drinking a serving and have noticed I don't wake up as easily during the night anymore. I have pretty bad insomnia and have used loads of different products in the past - some work and some don't. This has been working sooo well! I am asleep around 1-1.5 hours after drinking it so I have a cup while I watch TV/read and that's pretty much all I have needed for the last month and half!13/11/2018, By joolesI am a terrible sleeper so I tried The Healthy Coffee Guys sleep promoting coffee and I am delighted to say that it is now part of my evening routine. Another bonus is it tastes great. It works like a sleep bomb.
