Broke out in rash reaction

It stings for a while not for sensitive skin I broke up in a rash....small white pimples all over the places I places them. I really though it was going to work well especially because of the ingredients but it didn't at all.

It absorbs well, but it stings! I am not sure if it works, it is too early to tell
