Very few vitamin D supplements come in such high dosage. It makes my life much easier to swallow one and not a few tablets a day. My partner takes is againt psoriasis and swears by it.

I was a bit disappointed with the Vibrant Health Vitamin D3 however, because the pill is really hard to swallow and it contains ingredients like potato and corn syrup that are not
really skin-friendly :(
