Works nicely - my skin definitely feels more elastic and plumper, my nails are stronger and I've also noticed a big improvement in joint pain. Best of all I haven't experienced any weight gain that can sometimes occur with collagen supplementation as this product does not contain any other additives or sweeteners. I find it works best when taken on an empty stomach and not mixed with other proteins. It does take a few weeks to really see results, and I've also noticed that I have better results when taking 2 scoops a day.
I have a scoop in my coffee with the L-glutamine powder from this brand and coconut oil. It dissolves easily in hot liquids and has a subtle taste that works well with coffee/juice, though is more noticeable in water. It take more effort to dissolve in cold liquids, I find it works better if I dissolve it in a little hot water first.
While I have tried other marine collagen supplements which did show results sooner and have more profound effects they had other additives, the supply didn't last as long and were ridiculously expensive.
