Ive started both my little ones on Nordic Naturals Cod liver oil. They seem to love it and I see results! We are mainly using it as my eldest suffers from Vitiligo but both are enjoying the results.

A couple of years ago my hair started to fall out for no apparent reason. I did some research and found that it might be due to an omega 3 deficiency. So I began to take Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil. It has made a huge difference! As a bonus, it does not taste bad at all.
So grateful for this fish oil
