I haven't been taking it long enough to comment on results. I am mostly happy with the product, being good value for money and pleasant tasting, however the lid is cracked in several places and is difficult to seal properly. I purchased this powder for myself and my mother hoping it would help for joint pain and arthritis. I unfortunately had to stop using it after the third day of continuous headaches and dizziness. My mother developed a nasty skin rash after day 4. All of these symptoms disappeared after we stopped use. It has Bovin extract (skin, muscles, bones or tendons of cows).
