I use this when my baby is having a really tough time during a growth spurt or when we travel and he is upset. It really helps just to calm him.
Helps with sleep

I keep this in my handbag. My very active 3 year old is always falling and I find this really does calm her quite quickly and loves the tiny little balls on her tongue. It lasts quite a while and also helps when my little one is struggling to sleep.
