11/01/2019, By AbbygailThis Product is a must-buy for all smokers who want to quit! I have been a HEAVY smoker for 10 years and I have decided to quit in the new year. Whenever I start craving I just take a few drops of this product and it assists with suppressing the cravings as well as helping with the irritability of quitting. This product is not meant to be used whilst you are still smoking however it might assist with smoking less. I quit cold turkey and started using this product. Look, every person is different but this product has been helping me to deal with the withdrawals. Hope it works for everyone else the same way! Keep in mind that it would be good to also cut out the biggest smoking triggers such as alcohol and caffeine for the first couple of weeks/months. It makes quitting so much easier!
