I am highly allergic to shellfish (actually iodine) and found this the only product to not cause any allergic reaction.
It takes a while to start having an effect, but it has saved me from an ankle replacement thus far. The moment I stop taking it, I suffer with inflammation, pain and stiffness.25/04/2018, By ColleenI have been taking this product for four months to treat Bursitis in my shoulders, which was really chronic.
To be honest I really didn't have much faith that it would work, but it has. I have taken the supplement together with rubbing liquid magnesium onto my shoulders and have kept up doing yoga 4 times a week. However, I chose the solgar glucosamine because it has the highest daily intake so therefore works out best cost-wise.
