I was impressed by the other reviews so I tried these tablets and I'm on my second tub. I do feel that I have more energy in general. I only take two tablets per day so I would probably feel more energized with more tablets! As one reviewer has stated, there is a large piece of sponge in the tub- I think it's to stop them rattling about - but the tub lasts for the time I would expect so, short of counting the tablets, I don't think it's a scam. This does not substitute eating fresh greens , but great supplement as with soil depletion and insecticides this does give one a boost as includes "sea vegetables"

It feels as if the product has improved my mental awareness significantly, my ability to concentrate and focus has definitely improved. Not sure if that is sometime the product claims to do, but I am not taking anything else - so it must be the green stuff. Bowel movements also much improved.

It gives me the energy I need to get through the day (being generally fatigued-ish), and allows me to be more productive and breathe easier (not sure why, though, but they do - lazy lungs maybe? Haha!). Also cured my iron deficiency/anemia (from months and months and months of usage, of course). They are a bit bulky, though, so I have about two in the morning (with added spirulina pills that are smaller and a little easier to swallow). Gentle on and helpful with my sensitive stomach: calms it so that I can eat better and more without getting tired or ill. My skin also REALLY loves seaweed, so Im happy to find all kinds in this product: its glowing with happiness! Also helps with skin turnover. One of my favourite products on this site! Will continue purchasing.
Pros: Improved energy, circulation, helps stabilize iron levels and carry oxygen into blood stream, helps alkalize body for calmer stomach and easier digestion and absorption of nutrients, makes skin glow, helps cells renew, lasts a long time if you don drink the FULL dosage every day (two a day is fine for me), doesn taste too bad and can be used in smoothies too (maybe powdered in miso soup as well?).
