25/09/2018, By JodiI started this product and definitely found after the first dose that I didn't crave sugar, however the effects didn't last long. I think that taking it on a regular basis will be more beneficial.29/04/2018, By NadiaI haven't started taking it yet, but I went to the main site for this product and saw there is a 5 day diet plan that comes with it. I asked if they could send it to me and they said no, because I didn't order from them. Maybe F2N could have a chat with them so F2N customers can get it too?
