I’ve been using the africanpure 1000mg CBD drops for a couple months now my sleep patterns have changed dramatically. I fall asleep easily and am able to stay asleep throughout the night. If I do wake up I am able to easily fall back asleep. We also use the CBD drops for dogs with our rescue doggo, and the change in him is incredible - it’s has helped his anxiety tremendously, and he showing no more signs of pain in his back legs. After having tried almost everything, I was unsure about whether this would have an effect - especially being a fairly regular marijuana smoker.
The effects I have seen have surpassed what I could have imagined - 3 drops before bed time and I'm relaxed within minutes, and sleeping within half an hour. I could not have expected from smoking a joint, as the THC keeps you awake for a fair while. This fact also allows me to use a much smaller dose before work, keeping me stress free and incredibly focused (no more erratic thoughts - I can concentrate helluva a lot better)
I have also noticed vast relief in my chronic knee pain and it also seems that my stress-related excema has subsided somewhat... whether the CBD is the cause of this I have yet to figure out, but the correlation is certainly there. I have already ordered a bottle for my father's back pain!! :)

I feel it definitely takes the edge off, my anxiety takes much longer to set in, overall I feel calmer. Doesn't make me tired or sleepy so doesn't help with sleep (not that I have a problem with it). Hubby takes it for mental clarity (5 drops), says it helps him focus and he's not as forgetful. I find this product amazing in regards to its ability to calm me, reduce anxiety and regulate my circadian rhythm. I think it might help with sleep but that is about it, but then I don't have insomnia. It definitely does not have any effect on my anxiety or pain. In fact I could have thrown my money out of the window, which is extremely disappointing considering how expensive the product is.
