I bought it to sort out the itchy rash on my face and neck, and it took a while before I could see any effect. After two weeks I could see some reduction in the rash, but I also started breaking out. As Im very sensitive to fragrance, I suspect my skin was reacting to the strong scent, even though its a natural one. I also went about two shades darker, so there must be an ingredient in there that doesn agree with my skin. I was going to give it a month, but Ive had to give it up to stop the breakouts. It was only after I stopped using it a couple of days ago that I noticed it had been affecting my sinuses as well. If your skin (or nose) has no problem with strongly scented creams, this should work well for you. It got the job half-done for me, but Ive had to abandon it for something with far fewer ingredients (Bee Natural face balm), which has calmed my skin down. A BIG plus point for me is that it doesn burn at all on the broken skin (I have eczema on my hands, arms and legs, which I tend to scratch if I can stop myself).
I can also feel how soft and moisturised my skin is after I have used the cream.
It does seem to be helping with the inflammation as well, which is fantastic!
I also got the Clear Skin Gel with this product (as a special offer) and my review on the gel is the same - goes on so smoothly, feels very mild and cool on the skin, and doesn burn at all on the broken skin.
I have very high hopes for these two products to help me manage my eczema until I can rid myself of it for good. I find that it gets absorbed easily by the skin, though you must rub it in well. The smell is not overpowering like other anti-inflammatory ointments. I would recommend that you wait a few minutes before putting clothes on the area since a brownish residue may rub off on your clothing, but it will wash out easily.

It has an amazing effect on pain...arthritic joint pain in particular. You don need much but rub it on good. The pain is almost immediately eased. It continues to work for hours and you don notice its effects until you stop using it! It is best used continually to achieve maxim pain and swelling relief.
It is also great to use as an antiseptic and has helped itchy skin.
