But no more so than other, far more cost effective products I have used. I had to use 3 tablets at a time so it works out really pricy as there are only 30 tablets in a bottle. I didn't know if it was working since it was taken with a collagen supplement before bed. I stopped the collagen and tried another bottle of this. And it actually helped SO much more than the collagen and with getting my sleeping pattern back to normal after a few days off.
