I went off my HRTs and have used Menosan and Evening Primrose oil for 2 months now. I am so very happy that my hot flushes are down, mood swings are much better and I can feel normal again! Yippee!

I have been using this product for a month now and my hot flushes are now down to the absolute minimum. I can only attribute the change to this product, it is the only one I am using.

I have been taken them for over a month and think they help a little with the hot flushes. I started taking the Lignans Tablets as well and hope that combined I will see results, specially with insomnia.
