I was lethargic before whereas am feeling much stronger which has also helped when I exercise. In the beginning I did feel as if I was getting a cold (I didn ) which is a good sign as it means I was detoxing but after a few days this went and I now feel really good. I also find it has helped control my appetite. I haven seen a change in my skin/hair yet but maybe that will come. This stuff will leave you feeling squeaky clean and with that will bring a flood of energy! My flimsy/ paper thin nails are so hard, I don actually believe it!
