15/07/2019, By AlexHaving a sugar intolerance, I get bad heartburn, especially from eating fruit, so I wanted to give this a try as I found other heartburn remedies on the market weren't always effective. This does work quickly to relieve acidity but, while it doesn't taste as bad as baking soda, I would say that the home remedy of drinking half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water has longer lasting effects. Multiforce Alkaline Powder contains some sweetener to combat the chalkiness, but it makes it taste a bit off.
