I struggle with a hip problem that also affects the top of my foot causing severe pain in the hip and the foot. After taking the second dose, I could feel the difference. No more pain in the ankle and on top of the foot. I could move my ankle with ease and my hip pain also improved a lot. I do not take 15ml as prescribed, but only 10ml and it seems to be more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this product. I have been on a different collagen product previously, but it was a total waste of money.
