I can't argue against the nutritional value of the ingredients, but oh Lord, don't try and drink this with water only. You will hate life. It is the worst tasting thing known to man. I can put most things in my mouth but this is not one of them. Needless to say, my pack is still pretty much unused.

Great exercise supplement

Once you find a way to get past the taste (spoiler: chocolate/toffee flavoured smoothie is the way to go) it is really an amazing exercise supplement. I started doing more than 4 hours of high intensity interval training per week and wanted something to help me keep up because I felt depleted after a few days. I've been using it for two months and won't stop soon.
