12/06/2019, By hermschleHaving just done a sourdough artisan bread baking course, my wife ordered 1 basket for me and it worked just as expected. The dough held its shape and the appearance after the bake was so pleasing.
It would be even more special if the basket was "Made in South Africa" and not in China :)
