The Training Bar by Rush Bars.
I had this half of this locally made bar before a 5:30am training session this week. I usually don't eat at all before doing any of functional training because i get a bit nauseous.
Luckily the only impact this bar had on my session was a burst of energy! It has a whole list of yummy natural ingredients including Maca Root and is high in protein.
PS this was a perfect boost for my usual afternoon slump at work too. They also have a variety of bars for kiddies and pregnant ladies.14/04/2016, By bernadetteGreat product, didn run out of energy and was focused.
