For the ladies:
I make a smoothie with cashew nuts, raw cocoa powder, dates and black maca, with a little water or chaga tea. I drink it every day for around 2 weeks leading up to my period and I have ZERO PMS symptoms! No more cramps, no more clots, no more bloating or tender breasts. And best of all, no more moodiness!!! Woohoo!!
For the gents:
I'm pretty sure my hubby's testosterone has gone through the roof with this stuff. He started adding some into his protein smoothie and has found that he is able to better maintain energy levels during training and increase muscle mass faster.
Also, (and this is for us ladies too ;)) he has had way more stamina in the bedroom. He is able to last way longer, recovers much faster and his "O's" are way stronger.
I would also like to add that we have used white maca before and not had the same effects. I have taken Maca capsules for a while now and recently purchaced a capsuke maker and an 850g Maca. What value for money on an absolutely amazing product!!
