I found a little tip when using dates in smoothies which has made such a difference: blitz the dates FIRST in just enough water to cover the blender blades, then add the rest of your ingredients and liquids. then you dont end up with chunks of unblended dates at the bottom afterwards12/07/2015, By VerenaI love eating dates and don always find them.
