Used coconut oil daily for over a year, but wanted to give this a try since it is the OG of oil pulling. Works MUCH better than coconut oil. My mouth and especially my tongue feels EXTRA clean and fresh,also used a spoon to do tongue scraping and wow was more effective than when i was not using sesame oil.
