Love it07/05/2018, By JahI have been trying to replace rice and bread as much as possible in my diet and this makes a nice option in addition to other grains. It is tasty and filling and goes with many dishes.21/03/2018, By BronwenThis is a very tasty and versatile food! I've used it in place of rice for stew and also to stuff bell peppers. Very tasty. It has a nice nutty taste and I prefer it to rice. It is actually classed as a seed not a grain, so it is perfect for paleo and those who are trying to stay clear of grain in general. I did some research on millet and it is recommended not to eat it too often though as it can cause goiters and interfere with the activity of the Thyroid gland. You can do more reading about this on wikipedia or similar google search.
We have it once a week or less.28/02/2018, By TaliStill love this bird feed. Haven't started chirping yet so, that's a bonus. Lol.16/10/2017, By KimThe perfect substitute for rice. Non GMO. Bonus! And high in protein AND fibre! It cooks to a fluffy, light texture and imparts a delicate flavour. It is filling and compliments every vegetarian dish you can think of!27/09/2017, By WilnaMy toddler loves millet porridge, and I try to avoid buying pre-cooked porridges, I prefer to cook meals myself and have been doing so since my daughter was a baby at 6 months old (using the baby Nutri Bullet). Health connection is a staple in my home when it comes to breakfast and nutrition :)
