Kimono Shoyu sauce has been naturally brewed for up to 6 months, the fermentation process breaking down many allergy-triggering proteins in soya, lowering the risk of allergic response and making it more easily digestible and the nutrients easier to absorb. Add richness and flavour to your favourite Asian food or vegetarian cooking without using products laden with added free-glutamates. Made with organic ingredients that are non-GMO so won’t contain any toxic pesticides or chemicals.

Best Organic soy sauce in South Africa

We tried a wide variety of non-GMO soy sauces before finding this one. It is by far the best organic non-GMO soy sauce available in South Africa and it is the only one we use. It tastes identical to traditional Japanese soy sauce and is a must-have if you're making sushi at home.
