A really good and healthy way to start the day, great gluten-free product. I add more cashews, almonds and chopped fruit, and serve with almond milk - all from FtN.

Let me tell this: THIS PRODUCT IS SUPER TASTY SO BE WARNED. I ate one bowl of this stuff with organic milk and I found myself eating another one. I will be honest with you, you should try this. All the seeds and other goodies were just irresistible for me and I know you will concur with me.
