You can buy with confidence if i was impressed.. You will also be! Got it as a gift .. and then i ordered some more. Its got sugar in it and I just recently discovered it says that it may contain traces of dairy, even though this product is supposed to be vegan. For true vegans and healthy eaters I would say stay away and make your own yummy protein bars.
