This product is pleasant to ingest and assists me with gerd. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty tummy. Taking 2 tablespoons in a 1/4 cup of cold water, it takes about 5 minutes to swell.
My skin has lost all its elasticity and as I am not eating animal protein this is the most "practical" way of getting collagen into my system. I am on my second packet.
