NOT a vegan product

The product is listed as vegan and it even says so on the packet in front of the box egg free, dairy free, vegan. I don know what idiot came up with that because the instructions on the back require you to put 3 eggs into the mix to make the pancakes. How idiotic is that!
If you
e vegan, don buy it! Rather make your own pancakes using banana, etc.

Afraid its not for me, but I had to try it out. Having only recently discovered that I am gluten intolerant, it’s a matter of trial and error.

Really excited when I made my first pancakes only to discover a few hours later that I have an allergy to buckwheat as well....it never ends!! Nonetheless, the pancakes were great and in 24 hours time I will recover from my migraine :-)
