The tricky bit is that while the "stuff in the pack" is 100% vegan, the cooking instructions requires an egg to be added... So I attempted to substitute with a vegan flegg, with poor results. Did just what the instructions said and mike'd it for 45 sec. in a 900 microwave. Turned it out and oh absabluddymarvellous I scoffed the lot. No time for cream or icing etc. So light, easy to eat and delishwish personified. I wonder how much weight I will put on if I eat one every few hours??? Hahahaha ...... Thrilled to bits. Important to mix the mixture VERY well before microwaving, and do not cook for too long. I love it with some unsweetened cream poured over.
