Good for crumbs/crust

Perfect to make crumbed foods, flour dusting, etc. It has a dry taste, so needs to be combined with other flours for baking.

I have been using this for a natural face mask which is great.
It makes the most brilliant white sauce really silky smooth.
Will be dabbling with some other recipes but so far this is great.
