This product is unique because nothing has been sprayed on the Blue Sky Organics olive trees for 18 months and this is a unique situation. Agro-chemically farmed olive farms cannot use their leaves because of all the pesticides and chemicals they spray onto their trees, so only organic olive leaves can ever be used. However, organic olive farmers spray natural products for pests and disease and we would also not want to drink those products in our tea.
