It felt good while applying it, but then it became "tacky" moments later. It washed off well with water, and then my skin felt good. BUT the directions for use really confuses me. On the sample it says, "Gently press into skin of face, neck and décolleté morning and evening after cleansing and toning." What is the use of a cleanser if (according to these instructions) one has to apply it AFTER first having cleansed and toned one's skin?? Then it would mean cleaning an already-cleaned skin ... And then what? Should a cleanser not be used to loosen impurities and then be either wiped or rinsed off? But there are no further instructions, which gives the impression that it has to be left on (especially since skin is supposed to be toned first). If those instructions are followed, it looks like it's used as a moisturizer, but if not washed / wiped off, the tackiness (which I felt moments after having applied it) may remain ... Reading all the great reviews, I'm wondering if perhaps the sample I got, accidentally has incorrect information printed on it. I absolutely love it24/10/2017, By MeganI'm obsessed with this cleanser. It is so lovely - has a medicinal/ spa treatment smell to it which is nice. It is very gentle, so if you have very dry skin (like I do) you would need something a little more moisturizing.
The only down side to this product is that the 100ml bottle only lasts a little over a month (if you're using one pump, twice a day), which means it is quite expensive to use & repurchase so often.
