Gluten free mixes usually have a strange texture and after taste. This premix is DELICIOUS and very easy to make. Best gluten free chocolate muffin mix I have tasted yet.

Wonderful muffins, but should be eaten 1 to 2 days after baking other wise they are quite dry. Very yummy to eat - had my landlord banging on my door raving about them and asking for the recipe :)
