Was very excited to use this for the sourdough bread I always buy but it didn't quite work out. Bag is a great size, seals nicely and there was no mold which is something I struggle with in the heat. But bread dried out completely. Maybe in a house were a loaf disappears in a day it would work but by day 2 my bread was too dry to eat.
