Love this flour!! I use it for all my baking and I have to say I can’t even taste that it is gluten free!
Great replacement for plain flour

This flour is a great replacement for plain flour and has a good taste, however baked goods come out a little more crumbly, I suggest adding adding another egg or some flaxseed.
