Sticks like glue - fails to rise. The Doves bread flours are fantastic. Stick to Glutagon for Self-Raising Cake Flour.

Pancakes taste no different from ordinary pancakes...bliss! I also love that it comes in paper and not the plastic that most other GF flours come in.04/10/2018, By BronwenReally great flour!
