Coconut puree, also known as creamed coconut, is a thick, rich coconut paste made by finely grinding Cocomi’s organic desiccated coconut. This semi-solid creamy mixture is a useful ingredient for a variety of baked goods and cooked dishes. Use it as a substitute for regular dairy cream, or to add silkiness and flavour to your recipes. Cocomi Coconut Puree is additive-free.

Use this now twice to add to some other nut milk to make home made suckers... Works great to give me a twisty creamy nutty milk. I love it !

I used this product in stir-fries. It tastes nice, but I will rather buy coconut milk and cream in recyclable cans, as opposed to many more plastic sachets.
